Mælkeritidende 7 is a theme issue focusing on the International Food Contest (IFC) and FoodTech 2026, taking place on 27–29 October at MCH Messecenter Herning. The exhibition attracts up to 20,000 visitors from Denmark and abroad for the judging of dairy products and the presentation of equipment, technology and services. The issue highlights both the professional activities and the industry’s latest solutions, offering companies an opportunity to showcase their products and initiatives in connection with the event.
