This December, Skåne Stadsmission is facing an increased need to support people living in vulnerable situations. In collaboration with Skånemejerier, they aim to engage even more Swedes in their vital work.

Throughout the month, Skånemejerier’s milk cartons will feature a new design encouraging people to donate to Skåne Stadsmission’s critical efforts. Using a QR code, individuals can contribute an amount equivalent to the cost of a breakfast.

• We want to combat the reality that having three meals a day is not a given for many people. Through our milk cartons, which reach approximately 365,000 households in Skåne annually, we hope to inspire more people to help us reduce food insecurity,” says Anette Gregow, Communications and Sustainability Director at Skånemejerier.
• We’re delighted that Skånemejerier has provided space on their milk cartons this Christmas, making it simple for anyone who wants to donate a breakfast via Swish. We provide support 365 days a year, offering a warm place where people can satisfy their hunger and find some relief, even if just for a moment,” says Susanne Glingestam, Marketing and Communications Manager at Skåne Stadsmission.

Skånemejerier is one of Skåne Stadsmission’s largest donors, having contributed approximately 97.2 tons of food so far this year. In December, Skånemejerier employees will also donate Christmas gifts and volunteer at Skåne Stadsmission.
