Arla is strengthening its leadership team with a significant new hire. Anna Schreil, former Director of Production at The Absolut Group, has been appointed as the new Head of Logistics and Production for Sweden and Finland.

Starting August 1, 2025, Arla will consolidate responsibility for logistics and production in each market under a unified leadership structure. This strategic change aims to optimize the entire value chain—from farm to fridge—and Anna Schreil’s recruitment is a key step in this transformation.
