In addition, the link to the digital edition of the magazine will be shared with members of the Norwegian Food and Dairy People’s Association (NML – with 700 recipients), the Finnish Maitotalous with 800 recipients, and The British Society of Dairy Technology (1,300 subscribers to digital newsletters).
The publication also constitutes a presentation of the seminar on April 3, ’Cleaning and CIP’, in which the speakers will focus on the hygienic and easy-to-clean exterior design for operators as well as the interior cleaning of equipment, primarily via CIP (Cleaning in Place).
