Torsdag aften bød Malmø Kommune kongressen velkommen til gallamiddag i den historiske sal Knutsalen, hvor borgmester Carina Nelsson var vært. I samme ombæring kunne den svenske præsident for kongressen,Maria Glantz, kunne overrække præsidentkæden til Audunn Hermannsson, idet Island er vært for næste Nordisk Mejerikongres i 2025.
On Thursday evening, Malmö Municipality welcomed the congress to a gala dinner in the historic hall Knutsalen, hosted by Mayor Carina Nelsson. At the same occassion Swedish president of the congress, Maria Glantz, could hand over the presidential chain to Audunn Hermannsson, as Iceland will host the next Nordic Dairy Congress in 2025.
