The Nordic Dairy Congress 2025 ended on Thursday after three days filled with high-level professional presentations and engaging social events.

The outgoing president of the Nordic Dairy Council, Auðunn Hermannsson, officially concluded this year’s congress by thanking the sponsors, organizers, speakers, and participants. He then passed the ceremonial chain of office to Kari Toikkanen, who will now take on the overall responsibility as president of the Nordic Dairy Council for the next three years—leading up to the Nordic Dairy Congress 2028 in Helsinki.
