Effective May 1, 2025, Scanvaegt Systems A/S has acquired a majority stake in Bent Nygaard Elektronik ApS. The acquisition marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two companies.

This partnership strengthens Scanvaegt Systems’ position as a leading provider of integrated solutions for both the food and non-food industries across Scandinavia and the DACH region. With an expanded portfolio in hardware, software, preventive maintenance, and service, we can now offer even more powerful and flexible solutions to both sectors.
