At the Nordic Dairy Congress, the best of 12 scientific posters presented by young researchers was selected on Thursday morning.
To present the award for Best Scientific Poster, Dr. Nivedita Datta from Wiley Publisher made the long journey from Australia to Reykjavík, Iceland.
She had the following to say to the young researcher:
– The poster was considered well-composed, with innovative elements and a clear structure, which made it easy to follow a relatively complex subject. The use of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly applied across various disciplines, and in this study, it is used to better predict and understand the structure and texture formation of fermented dairy products.
And the winner is…
Sigrid Nørgaard Beldring with the poster titled:
“High Throughput and AI-Assisted Approach to Understand the Role of Extracellular Polysaccharides in Acid Gelation”.
