Arla has achieved third place in the Global Access to Nutrition Index (ATNI), which evaluates the world’s 30 largest food companies for their commitment and contributions to tackling global nutrition challenges.
The Access to Nutrition Initiative (ATNI) has released its 2024 index, evaluating the contributions of the world’s largest food and beverage producers to solving critical nutritional issues.
This year, Arla ranks third, thanks to improvements in the healthiness of its product portfolio, responsible product labeling, and ethical marketing policies. Arla is one of the few companies whose scores have consistently improved since 2016—from 1.9 in 2016 to 5.1 in 2021, and now 5.5 out of 10 in 2024. The company’s overall ranking has risen from 14th place to an impressive 3rd place.
