Q-Interline has received its first order for the DairyQuant GO milk analyser in Spain following an extended testing period at the dairy company Calidad Pascual.

The Danish analytical technology company Q-Interline A/S has secured its first order for the DairyQuant GO milk analyser in Spain. The equipment will be installed at the dairy company Calidad Pascual, one of the major players in the Spanish dairy market.

The order follows a longer period of collaboration between the two companies, during which the analysis equipment was tested under production conditions.

Tested in production
Since spring 2025, Pascual has been testing DairyQuant GO for the analysis of various types of milk-based beverages. The dairy produces a range of flavoured products, including drinks with coffee and chocolate, which can be more complex to analyse than conventional milk.

According to the company, the analyser has been developed specifically to handle these types of products.

The technology is based on a measurement principle in which the sample is drawn into a separate measurement cell – known as a Pivette – without the instrument itself coming into direct contact with the product. According to Q-Interline, this can contribute to high measurement accuracy while also simplifying cleaning when analysing different product types.

Collaboration with local distributor
The order has been secured in collaboration with Q-Interline’s new Spanish distributor, Palex, which has been involved in introducing the technology to the Spanish market.

The order from Pascual confirms the strength of our technology and our ability to deliver solutions that meet the increasing demands of dairies,” says Q-Interline CEO Martin Henriksen in a statement to Plus Proces.

According to the company, the delivery to Pascual may also serve as a reference project in Spain and potentially pave the way for further installations within the Spanish dairy sector.
