From 1 January 2026, Procudan A/S will take over all activities of Presmann ApS, expanding its range of semi-processed tropical fruits for customers across the Nordic region. The announcement was made by Procudan in a press release.
Procudan’s acquisition of Presmann marks the culmination of nearly 25 years of close collaboration between the two companies. The move will give dairy producers and other food manufacturers in the Nordic countries access to an extended selection of fruit-based ingredients and a strengthened connection to producers in Thailand.
A natural continuation of a long-standing partnership
Procudan and Presmann ApS have enjoyed a close working relationship for many years, and this new arrangement represents a natural continuation of that partnership.
Tommy Højtoft Pedersen, owner and CEO of Procudan A/S, emphasises that customers can expect business as usual, while also benefiting from a broader product range.
Søren Presmann, Managing Director of Presmann ApS, will continue his involvement through Presmann Thailand, contributing with quality assurance and local expertise to ensure continuity and a smooth transition for customers.
Strategic strengthening
With this acquisition, Procudan further strengthens its position as a strategic partner for food producers in the Nordic region. The semi-processed tropical fruits complement the company’s existing portfolio, enabling it to offer tailor-made solutions to meet customers’ specific needs.
Until the handover takes effect on 1 January 2026, all deliveries will continue as usual through Presmann ApS.
