2025 has been an eventful year for Mejerimedier, marked by high activity across both print and digital platforms. Throughout the year, we have followed developments in the dairy industry closely and covered the topics shaping the future – from new technology, automation and artificial intelligence to working environment, hygiene, energy, packaging and food safety.
Over the course of the year, we have focused on both the big picture and the stories close to home: international events such as the Nordic Dairy Congress and the International Food Contest, national professional meeting points such as Dairy Engineers’ Day and the Dairy Industry Working Environment Conference – as well as the people and companies who help set the direction of the industry every day.
2025 was also the year Mejerimedier launched the industry’s new job portal – a shared hub for job postings that makes it easier for companies to find the right competencies and for professionals to gain an overview of career opportunities within the dairy sector.
The secretariat will be closed for the Christmas holidays
The secretariat will be closed for Christmas in weeks 52 and 53. However, the phone will be open on 22 and 23 December as well as on 2 January from 9:00 to 11:00. We will be back with full staffing from 5 January.
