The Danish Society of Dairy Technology (Mejeriteknisk selskab) invites you to an insightful seminar on yellow cheese. The program has an impressive lineup of Danish and international speakers, each delving into various facets of this cherished dairy product.
Yellow cheese, produced in a diverse range of varieties by many Danish dairies, faces stiff market competition. Adding to the challenge, younger consumers are increasingly opting out of traditional sliced cheese. This evolving market landscape is just one of the key topics that will be addressed during the seminar, taking place on December 5th at Hotel Legoland in Billund.
Throughout the day, eight expert speakers will share their unique perspectives on yellow cheese, covering subjects such as fermentation, aging, and flavor development, along with the latest advancements in technology and research. Half of the presentations will be in English, with the rest in Danish.
