The Silkeborg-based company grew by 17 per cent in 2025 and is now increasing its investment in automation for the food and dairy sector.

Global automation supplier Au2mate has reported its strongest annual result in the company’s 25-year history. In 2025, revenue reached DKK 295 million – an increase of 17 per cent on the previous year, the company announced in a press release.

Growth is being driven primarily by international progress, and in the dairy sector Au2mate’s solutions are now used by large global producers who integrate the software directly into food production to optimise processes, reduce waste and improve raw material utilisation.

“This year’s figures make it abundantly clear that our solutions address a real and growing need in the industry. We are seeing particularly strong progress internationally, where our technology is creating significant value for customers across countries and markets,” says chief executive Henrik Andersen in the press release.

Strategic investments weigh on the bottom line
The annual result came in at DKK 23 million, a slight decline compared with 2024. According to Au2mate, the development was anticipated and reflects deliberate investments in platform development, new market segments and organisational growth.

The company also completed a strategic acquisition in Hamburg in 2026, which had been prepared during 2025. Going forward, Au2mate intends to place greater emphasis on artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions.

“We will put even more force behind our international expansion – particularly in Europe and North America – whilst continuously strengthening the organisation with new staff,” says Henrik Andersen.

Au2mate is headquartered in Silkeborg, employs more than 230 people and is represented by 21 offices across 11 countries.
